I notarize all types of documents, including: POA’s, real estate, bill of sale, affidavits, oaths, jurats, motor vehicle documents, insurance, medical, school, employment, etc.
I DO NOT NOTARIZE WILLS OR HEALTH CARE DIRECTIVES and I DO NOT PROVIDE WITNESSES.
The person signing the documents must be present with a valid form of identification. Do not sign the documents prior to your appointment.
Acceptable forms of ID for notarizing documents
- Valid US issued Drivers License or Identification Card
- Valid US issued Passport
- US issued Military ID
Form I9 Verification Services: I am a legally designated authorized representative for employers. I physically examine employee provided identification, with said employee present, ensuring documents are acceptable for identifying hired individuals and verify employment authorization in the United States. Documents to verify identity and employment authorization can not be expired.

- School ID card with photo

A Notary Public is an official appointed by state government to help deter fraud by witnessing the signing of documents and to verify the identity, willingness to sign, and awareness of the document contents by the signer(s). A Notary can not offer legal advise, provide documents or explain documents to clients.
